Connect Appointments are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor for our clients expanding team based in Livingston
We are looking for someone to come and work as part of a team and also work on their own at times. We need a confident and able person who can take this post on and grow with the business. The main requirements for this role are:
- All aspects of administration:
- General office duties (Faxes, emails, filing, copying, mail, typing/producing documents/letters)
- Data input
- Answering calls
- Dealing with couriers
- Calling customers in regards to deliveries
- Putting payments trough
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word etc)
- Ability to prioritise your workload effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure
Shifts available are day shift from Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, please send your CV in first instance.
