Business to Business Telesales Executive

We're now recruiting for B2B Telesales Consultants to join our central sales team in our new Livingston office in the heart of West Lothian.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal applicant will have a natural talent for Outbound Telesales. There is no requirement for a history working in the recruitment industry - we value transferable experience. Ultimately, we are looking for the right people to join our team - who excel in a target driven, business to business sales environment.
What the role involves:
A regional role, you will primarily be based within the Livingston office with responsibility for your own territory across central Scotland. This role will involve hunting for new sales opportunities across your territory, including:
- Seeking out local businesses, researching, lead generating.
- Cold calling local businesses to introduce Connect Appointments and establish potential opportunities.
- Maintain contact with potential clients with continuation calls to decision makers
- Provide clients with business service information that Connect can provide
- Prepare sales quotes
- Book business appointments for regional Business Managers & yourself to attend
- Input data to CRM sales software
Skills you will need:
- To work at Connect Appointments you must be articulate, passionate about your work, self-motivated and have bags of enthusiasm for hunting down new leads and maintaining relationships with clients
- You will be driven, focused and an excellent negotiator with an impressive sales track record
- You must have a strong work ethic
- Driving license essential
