It is essential you have experience of selling recruitment services. With a proven track record, you will ideally have key contacts in this area that you can utilise to hit the ground running.

Our Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
Managing and developing key customer relationships within our Industrial Division ensuring all business opportunities are maximised.
Managing and developing our current Sales Team.
Have a clear understanding of the Industrial Temporary Recruitment market.
The ability to sell our added value features and benefits to prospective clients.
Ability to identify and convert cross selling opportunities within existing clients.
Ability to exceed new business sales targets.
Experience negotiating at senior level and demonstrate current knowledge on legislation and market changes and influences.
Excellent presenting skills.
A minimum of 3 years Recruitment Agency experience is essential for this position.
