Connect Appointments Hospitality are working with our fabulous 4 star Hotelier client to find a passionate, focused, and talented Senior Chef de Partie for this 1 Rosette level venue, in a beautiful countryside riverside setting.
The role will see the right candidate work in a growing quality driven team, and develop with the with the Executive Head Chef in delivery of memorable, fresh, innovative fresh dining experiences to its customers.
The menu utilises the very best Scotland has to offer, and will support a candidate looking to really build on their knowlege, technical skills, and repretorie within the industry to slowly advance in time, to 2 Rosette level standards.
Requirements and Skills:
The Senior Chef De Partie candidate must have at least two years at CDP level in a similar high end Hotel, or quality Restaurant working towards 1/2 Rosette food quality levels, or independant eaterie, and is driven to progress in a highly focused busy Kitchen.
Ideally the right candidate will need to be flexible, a team-player, possessing good decision making, possess a positive attitude, and have all round sound technical culinary qualities for all sections. As well as being able to work with getting the best out of junior team members, and able to work unsupervised at times as required.
You will be working a set shift pattern on a 5/7 basis, due to the design of the Brigade and Business requirements.
