Connect Appointments are working with our fabulous 4-star Hotel and Spa Estate client to find passionate, reliable, and talented Chef de Parties for this beautifully refurbished venue. The Hotel is located in the heart of its own stunning country estate in Scotland.
The roles will see the right candidates work in a newly formed growing Chef team, and develop with the Executive Head Chef in the delivery of memorable, quality driven, innovative fresh food to its customers. These roles will be focusing on delivering fresh locally sourced foods, with a comprehensive Brasserie led menu producing modern menu classics. In future, the food will evolve into Rosette levels, fine dining, so the Exec Chef is looking for candidates that what to evolve over time on this journey.
The candidate must have at least two years at Commis/CDP level in a similar 4-star Hotel establishment, or with a high street freshly focused volume Restaurant, or independent eaterie, and be hungry to progress in a growing fresh food ethos led Kitchen.
Ideally, the right candidates will need to be reliable, team-players, possessing good decision making, possess all-round sound culinary qualities, as well as being flexible; and able to work unsupervised at times as required.
You will be working a shift pattern on a daily basis, due to the design of the Brigade and Business requirements.
